Our story, our values and our commitment to you.
Our story
Kayah Community Supports was created from a place of lived experience, compassion and a genuine passion for helping others.
I’ve spent more than 10 years working with children, families and people with diverse needs, with a strong background in early childhood education, leadership and person-centred support. Throughout this time, I’ve seen just how important it is to have the right people around you; people who are reliable, compassionate and genuinely care.
As a mother, carer and someone who has grown up with disability being part of my family’s journey, I understand the importance of feeling heard, respected and supported. These experiences have shaped who I am and the kind of service I wanted to create.
At the heart of Kayah are my three children, the inspiration behind our name and a big part of why this journey began. They remind me every day of the importance of kindness, inclusion and creating a world where everyone feels valued and supported.
My focus is on building meaningful relationships, providing reliable support and creating a service that truly puts people first.
